INDIAN BREAD CALLED ROTI
Roti---Round shaped wheat dough bread made on simple gas stove or any fire p[anel with help of flat pan.
It is normally of 6to 8 inches in diameter and served hot on plate with all type of curry or fired or grilled vegetables and meat.
Weat flour is the best for making roti but in several parts of India roti can be made out of any grains dough and some time with rice flour also.
It can be baked or rosted also.
So roti is interegral part of Indian food and can be made or served according to region you are in.
DELHI ROTI------OH.....I love delhi rotis. Made out normally with wheat dough formed fresh, means before 30 to 60 minutes before cooking.We also call it Phulka, beacuse it is too light and balloned while cooking.
Tandoori roti---It is baked version of roti and one can use other flour also.It is baked in coal burned stove which normally made outof mud.
It is big heavy in eating but one can love its tenderness and crisphy nesss.....

You know you can get roti for INR 2 TO 200 depending on place yu are sit in.
But roti is the best bread and cheapest bread to feed everyone from poor, rich, street driven or at fine dine.
